Shipping speed, cost, eligibility, delivery estimates and geographic restrictions are shown on the current Amazon listing and during checkout. They can vary by seller, inventory, location and account status.
Returns and refunds
Return windows, condition requirements, refund timing and exceptions are controlled by Amazon and/or the destination seller. Use the order history and customer-service options connected to your Amazon purchase.
Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
Contact Amazon or the seller shown on your order. EyeCream.app cannot access order records, issue replacements, authorize returns or process refunds.
